Founding Access terms

1. Scope and operator These conditions govern free TradingOS Early Access and the optional paid Founding Access reservation. Founding Access is a one time reservation for the future TradingOS software service and access to the development stage Founding Hub. It is not equity, a loan, a financial investment, a brokerage service or a promise of trading returns

2. Early Access Early Access is free and begins after email verification. It does not require a card, create a paid subscription or oblige you to make a reservation. Profile information is optional. You may ask DeVcore to close the account at any time. DeVcore may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address misuse; mandatory rights remain unaffected

3. Contract conclusion and record The selected plan, total reservation price, number of seats, future price information and price protection shown on the final confirmation screen form part of the offer. Consumer prices shown as payable today are total prices including applicable taxes; DeVcore adds no separate checkout fee. For a Managed Payments purchase, the payment is sold through Link, which acts as Merchant of Record for that transaction. TradingOS remains a DeVcore Technology product. Link and Stripe calculate and handle applicable indirect taxes and provide the payment receipt or tax invoice where applicable. Payment is taken only after you review the information, choose your consumer or business status and expressly accept the applicable conditions. Founding Access is activated when payment is successfully confirmed through the signed provider notification. The accepted plan and document version are stored and sent to the account email as an account and contract confirmation, not as a second tax invoice. The contract may be concluded in English or German

4. Reservation and later subscription The reservation does not start a recurring subscription. The current target window for the full product launch is February to May 2028. A later subscription requires separate activation under the price and subscription conditions supplied before activation. This reservation does not authorize recurring charges

5. Credit and Founding price The reservation is credited toward the first subscription invoice, or the first Company invoice, and is not an additional setup fee. Individual Founding pricing continues while the qualifying subscription remains uninterrupted after launch. Team pricing, included seats and the applicable protection period are specified in the accepted plan. Company pricing and capacity are agreed separately; the current Company offer provides 20% below equivalent standard pricing for 36 months after activation

6. Included and excluded services Founding Access includes the reservation rights recorded in the accepted plan and the Founding Hub access made available for that account. Exchange and market data charges, broker charges and optional third party services are excluded unless the accepted plan expressly includes them. TradingOS is software and does not guarantee profitability or prevent trading losses. Statutory rights relating to defective or missing digital products or services remain unaffected

7. Accounts, organizations and referrals A verified account may receive an Access Score for verified direct referrals. Scores are not money, cannot be withdrawn and do not generate commissions. Rank is relative, may change and does not guarantee a specific access date. Team and Company access belongs to the organization. Its authorized owner controls memberships within the recorded seat allowance. Users must not misuse referral, account, payment or security functions or use the service unlawfully

Information before purchase

The amount marked as payable today is the total one time reservation amount, including applicable taxes for consumers. Future monthly prices are shown separately and are not charged today. A Company reservation does not by itself conclude a future bespoke subscription or determine its seat count

Founding Access concerns software access and does not provide financial advice, brokerage or an investment. No trading result, investment return or specific access date is guaranteed. Access waves depend on product readiness, capacity and eligibility. Founding identifiers are assigned after confirmed payment and remain in the historical record after a refund

Complaints and support requests may be sent to contact@devcoredienstleistungen.com. DeVcore Technology is not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board

Refunds and delays

If development is discontinued before your full product access is activated, the reservation payment will be refunded in full. If the current target window ends without activation, you may request a full refund instead of continuing to wait. A revised development target does not remove that choice

Send a refund request to contact@devcoredienstleistungen.com using the email associated with the reservation. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. A full refund ends the paid reservation benefits and reverses the related paid referral bonus. It does not erase the payment history or reassign the Founding identifier

These additional commitments do not limit statutory withdrawal, termination, warranty or repayment rights. No blanket nonrefundable rule applies

Consumer withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from this contract within 14 days after its conclusion without giving a reason

To withdraw, inform DeVcore Technology, owner Barbara Kamila Swierczynska, Wurmberger Str. 51, 75175 Pforzheim, Germany. Contact: contact@devcoredienstleistungen.com of your decision by an unambiguous statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the accompanying withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You can also use the continuously available electronic withdrawal function at https://www.devcoredienstleistungen.com/tradingos/withdrawal/. Sending the withdrawal statement before the period expires is sufficient

After an electronic submission, we send its content and receipt date and time to the confirmation email address without undue delay. We will reimburse payments received for this contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without reimbursement fees

Access to development information does not waive your withdrawal right. This reservation flow does not request consent to waive withdrawal rights or authorize charges for an early start

Business conditions

These additional conditions apply when an authorized representative reserves Founding Access in the course of a business or professional activity. Selecting Team or Company alone does not determine consumer status

The representative must be authorized to act for the organization. The organization owns the reservation and manages its members. Removing a member ends that member’s access without transferring the organization’s reservation. Historical referral attribution remains recorded

The accepted plan determines the included seats. Company seat capacity and future subscription scope require express agreement. The reservation credit is applied to the first Company invoice. No recurring Company contract is created by payment of the reservation alone

A statutory consumer withdrawal right does not generally apply to business purchases. The refund and delay commitments and mandatory statutory rights remain applicable

TradingOS privacy

We process your email, verification state and optional profile to provide Early Access, Founding reservations and account support. Account and organization identifiers, direct referral attribution, score events, payment references and accepted document versions are kept to operate and document the service. An electronic withdrawal records the supplied name, contract reference, confirmation email address, statement, receipt time and confirmation identifier

Supabase provides the application database, authentication and protected file storage in an EU project region. Stripe handles payments and related fraud prevention; full card details are not stored by DeVcore. Cloudflare Turnstile checks protected requests. The website and server functions remain hosted by Netlify

Referrals preserve the direct source and organizational history. Scores and ranks support access planning and are not financial rewards. Human review is available for contested eligibility or fraud decisions. Public display names require a separate opt in. No account email, company name or payment reference is sent to advertising or analytics platforms

The full Privacy Policy explains the purposes, assessed legal bases, recipients, retention, international transfer safeguards and your rights. Essential account messages do not subscribe you to unrelated marketing
